Crime Stoppers has increased the reward to $5,000 for information leading to the arrest of a homicide suspect wanted in a February 2026 stabbing death, according to the Fresno Police Department.

On Feb. 24, at about 12:32 p.m., officers from the Southwest Policing District responded to a home near Hedges and Wheeler avenues after reports of a stabbing victim, police said.

Responding officers found Aubrey Galloway, 41, unresponsive with multiple stab wounds to his upper body.

Officers and emergency medical personnel provided aid before Galloway was transported to Community Regional Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead at 1:13 p.m.

Detectives determined Galloway had been involved in an argument with his roommate, London Smith, 45. During the dispute, Smith allegedly stabbed Galloway multiple times before fleeing the residence, police said.

Smith remains at-large and a murder warrant has been issued for his arrest, according to police.
