Madera County Sheriff Seeks Fresno Man Last Seen on Fishing Trip

The Madera County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in locating a 70-year-old Fresno man who was last seen Sunday morning before leaving to go fishing.

Rondy Earl Packard Sr. was last seen at about 8 a.m. when he left his residence in the area of Pinedale in Fresno to go fishing at an unknown location, according to the sheriff’s office.

Packard is described as an African American male, bald, 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighing 190 pounds. He was last seen wearing a red-and-white sweater and tan shorts.

He was driving a gray 2022 Nissan Frontier with a wheelchair lift mounted on the back and California license plate 69055H4.
