Visalia Graduation Party Shooting Leaves One Dead, Three Injured

One person was killed and three others were injured in a shooting at a graduation party in Visalia, police said.

Officers responded at about 10:42 p.m. Saturday to a report of a shooting in the 2700 block of West Victor Avenue, according to the Visalia Police Department.

When officers arrived, they found a male victim suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was taken to Kaweah Health Medical Center, where he later died, police said.

Three other people were also shot but suffered injuries that were not considered life-threatening, authorities said.

A large graduation party was taking place at the residence at the time of the shooting, police said.

No information about a suspect or possible motive was immediately released.
