Kern County District Attorney’s Office investigators arrested a Bakersfield woman following a probation search in which authorities say they found suspected methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia, according to officials.
On Friday, investigators conducted a probation search in the 2500 block of White Lane. During the search, they seized suspected methamphetamine, scales, and drug paraphernalia, the Kern County District Attorney’s Office said.
Investigators arrested Cinthia Rizo, 42, of Bakersfield, and booked her into the Kern County jail.
On Wednesday, the District Attorney’s Office filed three criminal charges against Rizo, including possession for sale of a controlled substance, sale, offer to sell or transportation of a controlled substance, and possession of an injection or smoking device.
Rizo was arraigned on the charges Wednesday afternoon.
