A federal appeals court on Friday rejected a constitutional challenge to three Washington state laws regulating the rights of minors, particularly those who are transgender.
The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco said two national organizations and five sets of Washington parents whose children have shown signs of gender dysphoria had not demonstrated injuries sufficient to provide standing to sue.
