New York Times bestselling author Monica Murphy is coming to the Barnes & Noble at Fashion Fair to sign her upcoming book.

The Central Valley resident will celebrate the debut of “You Were Never Not Mine” on Tuesday, June 3 — the day it’s released nationwide.

Book Follows Two High School Rivals Turn Lovers

The romance novel is the third in Murphy’s “Lancaster Prep” series. The book surrounds character August Lancaster who runs into a former high school classmate and rival at college, according to Amazon.

“Now I’m finally at college, and it’s everything I want it to be,” the book description states. “New people, new experiences, new Sinclair. Until I discover that August attends the same university. When he starts flirting with me at a frat party, I realize he doesn’t even recognize me. At first, I’m humiliated all over again, but I quickly decide to make it my mission to remind August f’ing Lancaster exactly who I am.”

The event will take place at 4 p.m. Barnes & Noble replaced the former GUESS, across from Sephora.

Murphy has sold more than 1 million book worldwide. They have been translated into nearly a dozen languages.
