GV Wire reporter Edward Smith talks with KMPH Fox 26 “Great Day” anchor Jim De La Vega about the $80 million underpass project at Blackstone and McKinley avenues near Fresno City College.
When completed, the project will end traffic snarls created by passing trains and make the area safer for motorists and pedestrians.
However, before construction can begin, the city must acquire 19 parcels and help relocate 27 businesses.
