Rep. Josh Harder (D–Turlock) has a huge decision to make between two choices that may well decide his political future.

Does he run for re-election in 2022 in the redrawn version of his 10th congressional district seat, which might be less friendly to Democrats than it is now?

Or does the venture capitalist seek a seat that includes part of the Bay Area, where he is well-known and accumulated his wealth?
