Zakaria: To Contain China, Joining the Pacific Trade Pact Might Be More Effective Than New Submarines

Earlier this month, the United States and Britain announced that they were signing an agreement with Australia to share technology for nuclear-powered submarines. Fareed Zakaria believes that this is a sign that geopolitics has moved east and that Asia will be at the center of international affairs for decades to come.
