Fresno Congressman Jim Costa has joined other Democratic members of the House of Representatives who say they firmly oppose their colleagues holding bipartisan infrastructure legislation “hostage to reconciliation.” The group says delaying passage affects far too many communities that are struggling with crumbling road, structurally unsound bridges, outrageous congestion, lead-coated pipes and no broadband access.
