The Fresno County Sheriff-Coroner’s Office is asking for the public’s help in finding relatives of a woman who died last month.

Officials said Yvonne Rodriguez, 67, passed away at a Fresno hospital on Aug. 17.

Despite searching numerous personal records, the Coroner’s Office has not been able to locate her family.

Authorities said locating immediate relatives is necessary to release the body and allow for a proper burial.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the Coroner’s Unit at (559) 600-3400 or email coroner@fresnosheriff.org.
