Lionel Hawkins of Fresno won the $1 million grand prize Monday in the Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino’s Millionaire Cash Vault Giveaway.

Hawkins, who owns the Hawk Air air conditioning and heating company, already knew what he would do with the winnings.

“It’s been a tough year for us. I told my wife, ‘If we win this money, we’ll pay off our debt, go get the house we want, and donate some to our church,’ ” he said in a news release.

In addition to the grand prize, nine other Rewards Club Members shared $50,000 in cash prizes.
