GV Wire News Director Bill McEwen talks with KMPH Fox 26 “Great Day” anchor Jim De La Vega about the economic impact of Latinas.
A study funded by Bank of America and conducted by researchers at California Lutheran University and UCLA revealed that despite being only 9.3% of the U.S. population, Latinas are responsible for 30.2% of American economic growth from 2010 to 2021.
The production and consumption brought on by the demographic amounted to roughly $1.2 trillion in 2021.
