Saturday night is going to be a great evening of country or R&B, you can take your pick. There’s the R&B Night Out at Selland Arena headlined by Keyshia Cole, the “Princess of Hip-Hop Soul.” Or you can get those dancing boots out for the country party Boots N’ Booze at Evanelle Vineyards.

You can even relive the good ol’ days of wrestling with WWE legend Mick Foley as he signs autographs and poses for photos with fans Thursday presented by Chunkopop.

Family-friendly entertainment includes Fresno Grizzlies games and Monster Jam at Save Mart Center throughout the weekend.

Check out our expanded list of events.

R&B Night Out on Saturday at Selland Arena

Brad Jaurique Promotions presents R&B Night Out at Selland Arena on Saturday, headlined by Keyshia Cole, the “Princess of Hip-Hop Soul.” Joining her are R&B icons Ginuwine, Frankie J, Chingy, Paul Wall, and Natalie for a night of classic old-school jams and non-stop entertainment.

Keyshia Cole, a renowned singer, songwriter, and actress, gained prominence with her second album, “Just Like You” (2007), featuring hits like “Let It Go” (featuring Missy Elliott and Lil’ Kim) and “I Remember.” The album, which peaked at number two on the Billboard 200 and was certified platinum, earned four Grammy nominations.

Ginuwine is celebrated for R&B classics like “Pony,” “Differences,” and “In Those Jeans,” with “Pony” gaining renewed popularity from the film “Magic Mike.”Ā “Fresno is one of my favorite places to come because they show me so much love. Every time I come it’s a packed house, it’s like a second home,” Ginuwine said.

Frankie J, a Central Valley favorite, is known for hits like “Obsession (No Es Amor)” and “Suga Suga” from his collaborations with Baby Bash.

He told GV Wire that he plans to play classics and originals, with some surprises. He said, “I love Fresno, they’ve been an amazing market for me, I feel like I’m coming home to family. Since the beginning of my career, they opened the doors for me. They always show me love and support.”

Rapper Chingy made a mark with his 2003 debut single “Right Thurr,” which hit number two on the Billboard Hot 100. His other hits include “Holidae In” and “One Call Away.”

Paul Wall, a rapper and DJ, earned a Grammy nomination for his 2007 collaboration with Nelly on “Grillz.”

Natalie gained recognition with her 2004 single “Goin’ Crazy,” which reached number 13 on the Billboard Hot 100. Her self-titled debut album achieved success, peaking at number 16 on the Billboard 200.
