Konstadinos T. Moros, Esq., from Michel & Associates, revisited Unfiltered and discussed Gov. Gavin Newsom’s proposed 28th constitutional amendment.
The 28th constitutional amendment would add four firearms restrictions: universal background checks, raising the federal minimum age for buyers to 21, implementing a mandatory waiting period for gun purchases, and prohibiting the sale of assault weapons.

“It is not going to pass. It was not introduced to actually pass. It was introduced to help Gavin Newsom’s presidential campaign, either now, should Joe Biden steps down, or in 2028.” Moros said.
