Meet Snow, a spunky little girl with a heart as big as her name suggests.

Snow’s journey to us was anything but easy. It was around Christmas when she was found laying on the side of the road, her tiny body emaciated and broken after being hit by a car. The small shelter that took her in didn’t have space for her, especially with the holiday season in full swing. They knew she needed urgent help, so they reached out to Mell’s Mutts.

Snow’s hip was fractured and she needed immediate surgery to have any chance at recovery. But Snow showed her true spirit. Despite the pain and uncertainty, she faced each day with a determined spark in her eyes.

The road to recovery was long and arduous. It took several months for Snow to heal, but she never gave up. Day by day, she grew stronger. Her once frail body filled out, and her playful personality began to shine through. Snow is now healthy, happy, and ready to find her forever home.

Snow is about 3 years old, and based on her fluffy, curly coat and affectionate nature, we believe she is a Maltipoo. She loves to play with other dogs, and one of her favorite pastimes is snuggling up right next to you on the couch. Snow also has a bit of a mischievous streak—she loves to chase cats, so she would do best in a home without any feline friends.

If you’re looking for a sweet, funny little doggy to add joy to your life, Snow could be the perfect fit. Apply for Snow today and give this resilient girl the loving home she deserves!

To adopt Snow or see other available dogs, visit Mell’s Mutts.

Prospective adopters must submit an adoption application for review to ensure the best match for each pup. Snow’s journey showcases the resilience of animals and the power of compassion in making a difference. Snow’s story is a testament to hope, reminding us that every animal deserves a chance at happiness and security.
