Capital One experienced a possible outage Thursday, according to Downdetector.com.

More than 4,000 users had reported problems with the platform as of 2:27 p.m. PT, according to Downdetector, which tracks outages by collecting status reports from multiple sources.

Most users reporting a problem said they are experiencing mobile application issues.
