(Reuters) – A JetBlue Airways flight rolled off the runway at Boston Logan airport onto the grass on Thursday after landing from Chicago, prompting a ground stop, but no injuries were reported.
JetBlue Flight 312, an Airbus A220, had arrived from Chicago O’Hare and went into the grass while turning off the runway around 11:55 a.m. EDT, the Federal Aviation Administration said, adding it will investigate.
The airport authority deplaned passengers via stairs and transported them by bus to the terminal.
“We will conduct a full investigation of the incident and will work closely with the relevant authorities to understand the cause,” JetBlue said in a statement.
