Burglars smashed the glass front door of a Los Angeles area gun shop early Thursday morning and made off with approximately 40 firearms, police said.
The owner of the business reported the burglary after he saw at least one thief inside the business on live surveillance video, Garden Grove Police Lt. Mario Martinez said.
The thieves stole the weapons from a safe inside the business, Martinez said.
Authorities described the suspects only as men wearing masks. They drove away in two BMWs, one silver and one blue.
