Who Won: Driver With Pole or Motorist With Machete?

PASADENA — Police say a motorist was arrested after using a metal pole to beat another driver who pulled out a machete during an argument at a Los Angeles-area intersection.
Pasadena police Lt. Mark Goodman says the male victim was hospitalized in stable condition after the road rage incident Monday evening.
Goodman says the victim initially armed himself with the machete but put it back in his car as the two men argued. Goodman says that’s when the other man hit him six or seven times in the head with the pole.
The Orange County Register reports Tuesday that the 44-year-old suspect was arrested on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon.
