Valentino’s in downtown Fresno’s Galleria features Italian cuisine, as well as breakfast, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Owner and chef Rafael “Rafa” Ramirez says the top three customer favorites are lasagna, a “robust” rigatoni, and chicken alfredo with linguine.
“I’ve been in the restaurant industry for over 30 years, working with Fresno restaurants such as Il Vesuvio, Parma, Pepinos, Slates, and Campagnia,” Ramirez said. “Now I’ve been blessed enough to have my own ‘home’ and bring you Italian food — my way. Come in and say hello!”
Ramirez adds that the restaurant’s name honors his best friend, Anthony Valentino Fabian, who died earlier this year.
