Fresno Police Arrest Man Accused of Sex Crimes Against Child

Fresno police arrested a man Tuesday on multiple alleged child sex crime charges, according to police and jail records.

Police confirmed Jonathan Tucker was arrested and said they could only confirm the charges.

According to Fresno Police Department arrest records, Tucker was booked on suspicion of committing a lewd act with a child under 14, contacting a minor with intent to commit a sexual offense, arranging to meet a minor, arranging to meet a minor as a sex offender, and oral copulation with a child younger than 14.

Fresno County Jail records show Tucker was being held on multiple felony and misdemeanor charges, including attempted oral copulation by force and an alleged probation violation. The jail records also list miscellaneous felony and misdemeanor charges with bail amounts ranging from $2,500 to $50,000.

His total bail is set at $100,000.

No additional details about the investigation were immediately released.
