Fresno County Auditor-Controller and Treasurer-Tax Collector Oscar J. Garcia reminded residents Monday that the first installment of the 2025-26 Fresno County Secured Property Tax Bill is due Saturday, Nov. 1.
Payments not received by 5 p.m. on Dec. 10 will be considered delinquent, the news release said.
The second installment is due Feb. 1, 2026, and will be considered delinquent if not paid by 5 p.m. on April 10, 2026.
A 10% penalty will apply to late payments, and an additional $10 fee will be added for the second installment if received after the deadline, unless postmarked by the U.S. Postal Service.
How to Pay
Residents can pay by mail, credit card, debit card, or eCheck. Mail payments should be sent to FC TTC, P.O. Box 1192, Fresno, CA 93715-1192.
