Firefighters responding to a house fire east of Reedley Thursday night were forced to temporarily pull back after discovering downed power lines, CalFire.

Crews responded to the fire near Dinuba and Pederson avenues, where Engine 71 arrived to find heavy fire on the front and side of the residence.
