Authorities are investigating a drowning at Lake Success after deputies found a person dead Tuesday afternoon, the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office said.

Deputies were called to the lake at about 1:45 p.m. for a report of a possible drowning, according to the sheriff’s office.

When deputies arrived, they found the victim dead. Authorities have not released the person’s identity.

The investigation is ongoing.
