A 30-year-old man was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of felony child sex crimes, the Fresno Police Department confirmed with GV Wire.

Jose Heriberto Cisneros was booked on allegations of lewd acts with a child under 14 involving force or other circumstances, as well as oral copulation with a victim under 10 years old, according to arrest records.

The Fresno Police Department confirmed Cisneros’ arrest and the listed charges but said it could not comment further on the case.

Jail records show Cisneros is being held on a $300,000 bail amount for a felony charge of oral copulation or sexual penetration of a child who is 10 years of age or younger.
