Sanger Police Seek Public's Help Locating Wanted Theft Suspect

The Sanger Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a man wanted on multiple theft-related charges and a probation violation warrant.

Police said Timothy Richard Martin Goss, 27, has an active warrant related to charges of grand theft, possession of stolen property and theft with prior convictions. Authorities said Goss also has a felony probation violation warrant out of Fresno.

Goss is described as a white man, about 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighing approximately 160 pounds. He has blonde hair and blue eyes, according to police.

The department said Goss has a history of property crime offenses.

In a statement, police said property crimes can create financial losses, disrupt businesses, and affect residents’ sense of safety and security.

Anyone with information about Goss’s whereabouts or theft-related crimes in Sanger is asked to contact the Sanger Police Department at (559) 875-8521.

Police advised the public not to attempt to contact or apprehend Goss. Anyone who sees him should contact law enforcement immediately.
