Man Found Dead in Vehicle at Sanger Motel

44-year-old man was found unresponsive Saturday morning inside a parked vehicle at a Sanger motel and later pronounced dead, according to the Sanger Police Department.
Officers were arrived at the Town House Motel at 1308 Church Avenue at 8:49 a.m., where emergency medical personnel responded and pronounced the man deceased.
Police said that due to the suspicious nature of the death, Sanger police detectives, assisted by the Fresno County Sheriff’s Office Crime Scene Unit, conducted an investigation.
Investigators said they do not believe the death involved foul play.
The name of the man has not been released, and the investigation remains ongoing.
