A man was arrested Sunday evening after allegedly stabbing another person during an argument outside the Amazon warehouse in Visalia, police said.

Officers responded to the facility on North Kelsey Street at 6:31 p.m., where they found Jonathan Carranza, 21, near his vehicle in the parking lot, according to the Visalia Police Department.

Investigators determined Carranza had been involved in a verbal dispute with the victim before pulling out a knife and stabbing them.

The victim was taken to Kaweah Health with a non-life-threatening injury.

Carranza was arrested at the scene and booked into the Tulare County Adult Pre-Trial Facility on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon.
