A man accused of fatally shooting another man during an argument in Fresno more than two years ago has been arrested in Texas, authorities said.
Cristino Paul Rocha, 48, was taken into custody Tuesday in Waco, Texas, by the U.S. Marshals Service, with help from the Fresno Police Department and Central Valley Crime Stoppers.
Rocha is accused of killing 39-year-old Paul Fiero on May 28, 2023, near the intersection of Glenn Avenue and Lansing Way in Fresno.

Police said the two were involved in a verbal argument when Rocha allegedly shot Fiero and then fled the area.
An arrest warrant for murder was issued shortly after the incident. Rocha was booked into the Jack Harwell Detention Center in Waco and will be extradited to Fresno County to face charges.
