Konstadinos T. Moros, Esq., from Michel & Associates, revisited Unfiltered and discussed Gov. Gavin Newsom’s proposed 28th constitutional amendment.

“It is not going to pass. It was not introduced to actually pass. It was introduced to help Gavin Newsom’s presidential campaign, either now, should Joe Biden steps down, or in 2028.” Moros said.
