Innocent Victim Left Hanging in Kingsburg After Lemon Tree Theft

A nurse driving a white Honda who had just left a client’s home in Kingsburg got clipped by a driver in a white Mustang and wound up with her Honda suspended in the air on a line supporting a power pole on Wednesday evening.
The nurse had to be extricated from the car by firefighters.
According to witnesses at the scene, the driver of the Mustang was speeding away from a home after taking lemons from a tree.
The accident occurred at 10th Avenue and Kern Street at about 5:30 p.m.
