Tulare County Authorities Investigate Overnight Stabbing in Dinuba

Detectives with the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office are investigating a stabbing that left a 40-year-old man injured overnight in Dinuba.

Just before midnight Saturday, deputies were called to the 4900 block of Avenue 416 for a report of a stabbing. When they arrived, they found a 40-year-old man with stab wounds.

Witnesses told deputies the suspect fled the scene and ran into a nearby orchard, where he was not located.

The victim was taken to a local hospital for treatment. Detectives and the sheriff’s office crime lab responded to the scene and have assumed the investigation.
