Reddit Down for Thousands of Users Thursday, Downdetector Shows

Reddit experienced a possible outage Thursday, with thousands of users reporting issues, according to Downdetector.com.

More than 3,000 users had reported problems with the platform as of 12:11 p.m. PT, according to Downdetector, which tracks outages by collecting status reports from multiple sources.

Most users reporting problems to Downdetector said they were experiencing issues with the mobile application and website.

Update at 12:15 p.m.

More than 9,600 users have now reported an issue with Reddit.

Update at 12:20 p.m.

More than 16,000 users have now submitted an issue with the platform.

Update at 12:40 p.m.

Reports are starting to slow as more than 35,000 Reddit users submitted issues regarding the platform.
