An armed robbery was reported early Tuesday at a truck stop in Delano, authorities said.

Just after 12:15 a.m., deputies with the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office were called to Big B’s Travel Center on Highway 99 for a report of a robbery.

When deputies arrived, they learned three suspects entered the store, demanded money from a cashier behind the counter, and were armed with guns. The suspects were wearing hooded sweatshirts and face coverings, authorities said.

The suspects left the store with an undetermined amount of cash and got into an awaiting four-door gray sedan.
