Emotions overwhelmed Billy Terrence when GV Wire asked him about the most memorable case he prosecuted.
In this segment of Take 5’s look at the four men vying for two spots on the Fresno County judiciary, Terrence talked about Janessa Ramirez.
She was the 9-year-old girl killed by gang crossfire in Fresno in 2015.
“It was one of the most difficult cases we ever litigated as an office. It was a very heavy case. Helping the family through that was…” Terrence said, choking up and fighting back tears.

-Differences from his opponent Roger Wilson.
-His endorsements.
-His philosophy on metering out sentences/fines.
Terrence and Wilson are running to replace the retiring Edward Sarkisian Jr.
