A multi-vehicle crash blocked two southbound lanes of Highway 99 near Clinton Avenue in Fresno, causing delays, Caltrans said. (Caltrans)

A multi-vehicle collision blocked the southbound No. 1 and No. 2 lanes of Highway 99 just north of Clinton Avenue on Friday, officials said.

Caltrans said drivers should expect delays in the area and proceed with caution while crews work to clear the roadway.
