Suspects Date of Birth: September 10, 1992

Physical Description: White Male, 6’ 2, 300 lbs., Brown Hair, Brown Eyes.

Charges: Stolen vehicle

Warrant Number: F24901044

Synopsis of the Case: Scruggs is wanted on a felony, no-bail warrant of stolen vehicle.
