Fresno County has activated its Emergency Operations Center in response to the June Lightning Complex Fires comprised of the Bolt, Hog, and Flash fires.
For those displaced by the fires, the Department of Social Services, in collaboration with the American Red Cross Central California, has established an evacuation shelter at the Reedley College Gymnasium, 995 N. Reed Ave.
The EOC, operating 24/7, includes multiple agencies working to provide real-time updates, assist the community, and coordinate repair efforts.

Evacuees with Pets
Small pets are welcome at the shelter, and families are advised to bring food, supplies, and carriers for their animals.
For those needing to evacuate large animals, the Fresno County Fairgrounds at 1121 S. Chance Ave is available. Assistance with transporting large animals can be requested by completing a form at the following link: Red Cross Form.

Fresno County’s EOC continues to provide updates on its emergency website, www.fresnocountyemergency.com. The public is encouraged to visit the site for information on evacuations, road closures, shelter details, disaster readiness, weather updates, and more.
Agencies involved in the EOC include Emergency Services, the County Administrative Office, the Fresno County Sheriff, CALFIRE, Public Works and Planning, Internal Services, Public Health, County Counsel, Social Services, and the National Weather Service.
