ADT, the electronic security monitoring and fire protection service, experienced a possible outage Wednesday, with thousands of users reporting issues, according to Downdetector.com.
More than 2,000 users had reported problems with the platform as of 5:48 p.m. PT, according to Downdetector, which tracks outages by collecting status reports from multiple sources.
Most users reporting problems to Downdetector said they were experiencing mobile application issues.
Update at 5:56 p.m.
More than 4,600 users have now reported an issue with the service.
Update at 6:02 p.m.
More than 6,500 users have now reported an issue with the service. GV Wire has reached out to ADT and are waiting on their response.
Update at 6:08 p.m.
More than 10,000 users have now reported an issue with ADT.
Update at 6:19 p.m.
Nearly 15,000 users have now reported an issue.
