Boyce Isaiah Cervantez, 29, of Dinuba, received a sentence of 15 years and eight months Monday for receiving more than 600 images of child sexual abuse.

The sentence handed down by U.S. District Judge Jennifer L. Thurston also included 20 years’ supervised probation following his release and $25,000 restitution to three victims.

U.S. Attorney Eric Grant announced the sentencing in a news release.

Cervantez was arrested in May 2024 following an investigation by the FBI and Dinuba police. Several of the images in Cervantez’s possession depicted prepubescent minors.

Assistant U.S. Attorney David Gappa prosecuted the case.
