GitHub experienced a possible outage Thursday, with thousands of users reporting issues, according to Downdetector.com.

More than 2,000 users had reported problems with the platform as of 7:49 a.m. PT, according to Downdetector, which tracks outages by collecting status reports from multiple sources.

Most users reporting problems to Downdetector said they were experiencing issues with the website.

On the company’s status page, it says that Copilot, Codespaces, and packages are experiencing degraded performance. The company said that they are continuing to investigate the issue.
