Character.AI experienced a possible outage Thursday, with thousands of users reporting issues, according to Downdetector.com.

More than 2,000 users had reported problems with the platform as of 3:10 p.m. PT, according to Downdetector, which tracks outages by collecting status reports from multiple sources.

Most users reporting problems to Downdetector said they were experiencing login issues.

Character.AI’s status checker says, “We are currently investigating this issue.”
