More than 2,000 users had reported problems with the platform as of 3:51 p.m. PT, according to Downdetector, which tracks outages by collecting status reports from multiple sources.

Most users reporting problems to Downdetector said they were experiencing issues with the mobile app.

More than 6,000 users had reported an issue with Temu.

Update at 4:49 p.m.

Downdetector shows that more than 8,500 Temu users had reported an issue with the platform.

Nearly 14,000 users had reported an issue with Temu on Downdetector.

More than 18,000 users had reported to Downdetector that they have an issue with Temu.
