Visalia police arrested a 56-year-old man Monday after finding guns, drugs and brass knuckles during a search at a property west of the city, authorities said.
Police said the department’s Narcotics Team, assisted by the Special Enforcement Unit and the Homeless Outreach and Proactive Enforcement Team, served a search warrant around 10 a.m. at 8820 Avenue 280, between Shirk Avenue and Highway 99.
Officers contacted William Casner and seized four firearms, brass knuckles and narcotics suspected of being packaged for sale, according to the department.
Casner, who has a prior felony conviction, was taken into custody and booked on possession charges.
