Tulare County Sheriff’s detectives arrested one of the department’s Top 10 fugitives Tuesday, authorities said.
Detectives with the Sheriff’s CATTCH Unit, working with officers from the Tule River Department of Safety, located and arrested Christian Garcia, 27, of Porterville, the sheriff’s office said.
Garcia was wanted on warrants for kidnapping, attempted murder, and a probation violation.
