Madera County authorities have arrested a 20-year-old man on Tuesday in connection with a sexual assault reported in the Oakhurst area.

Enrique Vasquez of Fowler reportedly met an 18-year-old victim through the dating app Tinder and allegedly assaulted her multiple times during their encounter, the Madera County Sheriff’s Office announced.

Detectives obtained search warrants and took Vasquez into custody without incident.

Investigators believe there may be additional victims in the Central Valley who have not yet come forward.
