The Tulare County Sheriff’s Office has added an 18-year-old Goshen man to its list of Top 10 Most Wanted fugitives.

Paul Gutierrez is wanted on an active Ramey warrant in connection with a shooting that occurred in Goshen on Aug. 10, officials said.
