Valley Crime Stoppers have doubled the reward to $20,000 for information leading to the arrest of the suspect in the killing of Caleb Quick, 18, outside a Clovis McDonald’s.
Clovis police announced Monday that Valley Crime Stoppers increased the reward as detectives continue to investigate the April 23 shooting, which they described as a targeted and pre-planned attack.
Quick was shot in the head outside the McDonald’s near Willow and Nees avenues just before 9 p.m. He was taken to a hospital, where he later died.

Police said Quick arrived at the restaurant around 8:22 p.m., and the suspect — described as a light-skinned Hispanic or white male, 5-foot-10 to 6 feet tall — entered about 16 minutes later.
Surveillance footage shows the suspect sitting at a table for 13 minutes, watching Quick, before following him outside and shooting him as he walked to his car.
The suspect fled west toward Fresno in a 2024 Tesla Model 3 and remains at large. Police have not identified a motive.
