On this week’s Wired Wednesday, GV Wire senior reporter David Taub talks with KMPH Fox 26 “Great Day” anchor Jim De La Vega about a local man sentenced on federal weapons charges and also convicted for his actions at the Jan. 6, 2021, Capitol riot.
Benjamin Martin of Madera County is scheduled to report today to begin a 38-month sentence on his gun convictions.
It’s unclear if Martin appeared on President Trump’s “pardon list” of people convicted for the Jan. 6 riot.
